How can I tell if my pool has a leak?
Simply fill a bucket with pool water and put it next to the pool. Then mark the water level in both the pool and the bucket. If the water level in the pool is lower than the water level in the bucket after one week, you probably have a leak. This method is relatively reliable, because the evaporation behavior is the same in both bodies of water.

What can I do if I have algae?
Three things are need to clean up an algae problem; an algaecide (such as Algimycin 2000) to kill the algae, an oxidizer to break it down (we use Dy-chlor II because of its purity and quick disolving properties), and a way to remove it (either vacuum it out or filter it out). Several other variables can make a difference in the best way to deal with each individual case, so call or come by for a more detailed explaination, or to schedule a service call and we can take care of it for you.
